Job summary
Bartlett Tree Experts in Waldwick, NJ is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader to lead a tree care crew in performing all services safely and efficiently. You will foster skill development and productivity while mentoring teammates in a safety-first culture.

Qualifications
- Three years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) experience.
- Experience with aerial lifts.
- Valid driver''s license (Class B CDL preferred).
- Willingness to work outdoors year-round.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to supervise crews and ensure safety.
Responsibilities
- Safely perform and supervise all arboriculture tasks (pruning, cabling, rigging, removals).
- Maintain and operate equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
- Supervise and manage crews; train crew members for designated jobs.
- Communicate with clients and build relationships.
- Uphold industry and company standards.
