Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in East Providence, RI is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader to safely supervise and perform diverse tree care tasks, including pruning, cabling, rigging, and removals. You will operate equipment like chainsaws and aerial lifts while mentoring crew members on best practices.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and leadership to ensure work meets high industry standards. CDL preferred and year-round outdoor work.

Qualifications

• At least three years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform and supervise all arboriculture tasks including pruning, cabling/bracing, rigging, and removals.
• Maintain and operate equipment such as hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts.
• Lead and manage crews to complete tree care services per Arborist Representative and Local Manager.
• Ensure crew training and compliance with industry and company standards.
