Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in East Providence, RI seeks an Arborist Climber to join our tree care crew. You will climb trees, assist Crew Leaders, and perform ground and aerial-lift tasks on residential and commercial properties.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of climbing and aerial lift experience, a valid license, and the ability to work outdoors year-round in various weather. Join our safety-driven team and pursue growth with our training resources.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Passion for nature and the outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely perform all aspects of arboriculture including tree identification and risk assessments.
• Carry out pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, and root collar excavations.
• Maintain and operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Learn and adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies.
