Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader in Baltimore, MD to lead a tree care crew and perform services safely and efficiently. You will mentor team members, ensure work quality, and uphold safety standards on every job site.

Qualifications

• Three years of tree climbing with DdRT/SRT and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver’s license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks.
• Pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging and removals.
• Maintaining and operating tools and equipment safely.
• Supervising crews, ensuring training and job-site safety.
• Communicating with clients and representing Bartlett on-site.
