Bartlett Tree Experts in Stamford, CT, is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader to guide a tree care crew and deliver safe, high-quality arboriculture services. Responsibilities include supervising pruning, removals, rigging, and equipment operation, while promoting a cooperative team environment and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires at least three years of tree climbing and a valid driver’s license; a Class B CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.

Responsabilités

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks: pruning, cabling/bracing, rigging, removals.
• Maintain and operate equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Supervise crews and ensure training for each job assignment.
• Ensure work complies with industry and Bartlett standards.
• Communicate with clients and build relationships.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
