Job summary

RigUp is seeking a Lead, Accounts Receivable Operations to drive accuracy and efficiency across invoicing. You will mentor teammates, oversee processes, and coordinate with Sales, Client Operations, and Finance to meet client contracts and revenue targets.

The role requires deep invoicing knowledge, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage workload during peak periods. You’ll lead initiatives to automate workflows and track KPIs while fostering a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 4+ years in invoicing, accounting, or financial operations.
• Hands-on experience submitting invoices into third-party systems (OpenInvoice, Cortex, ARIBA, Fieldglass, Pro-Unlimited/Wand).
• Proficient in NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day invoicing operations for accuracy and timeliness.
• Mentor teammates and provide guidance, troubleshooting, and training.
• Support onboarding and cross-training; document process knowledge.
• Prioritize workload and identify bottlenecks or gaps.
• Lead process improvements and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Client Operations, and Finance.
• Track KPIs and support revenue recognition alignment with reporting timelines.
• Participate in small projects to enhance workflows and system automation.
