Job summary

Bluecrest Amenity Management is seeking a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) – Field Supervisor to oversee multiple aquatic facilities in the NYC area. You will lead lifeguard teams, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate maintenance across sites.

The role requires extensive knowledge of NYC DOH regulations, hands-on pool system oversight, and the ability to travel between Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens locations. Competitive compensation with growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management capabilities with a track record of supervising staff
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients, managers, and inspectors
• Experience enforcing policies and safety standards across multiple sites
• Knowledge of NYC DOH regulations and water chemistry relevant to pools
• Ability to work independently and travel between NYC locations

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and clear communication with lifeguards, staff, and management teams
• Act as primary contact for field operations and resolve issues professionally
• Promote accountability, professionalism, and team development across locations
• Supervise lifeguard staff ensuring proper coverage and certifications
• Enforce NYC DOH and company safety protocols; conduct safety audits and inspections
• Perform routine site inspections with detailed reporting and incident logs
• Maintain pool systems and water chemistry; identify maintenance issues and coordinate resolutions
