Job summary

MyndBridge, Inc. is seeking an experienced Applied Technology Instructor to lead our IT workforce development programs. You will deliver hands-on instruction across hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud topics, preparing participants for industry credentials.

The role combines teaching, coaching, and mentoring to help learners develop practical technology skills and a path toward employment or further study in technology fields.

Qualifications

• Professional background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Software/Hardware Support.
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking, troubleshooting, and systems administration.
• Working knowledge of CompTIA certification competencies, particularly A+, Network+, and/or Security+.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and common systems issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead instructor for assigned technology and IT workforce development courses.
• Deliver instructor-led, hands-on training in computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and related disciplines.
• Prepare participants for industry-recognized certifications including CompTIA and other credentials.
• Facilitate laboratory exercises, simulations, and project work.
• Connect classroom instruction to real-world IT environments and workplace expectations.
• Maintain organized lesson plans, instructional materials, and lab activities.
