Your Contributions:

• Design and implement advanced language model architectures addressing unique challenges in professional document understanding and knowledge extraction

• Develop innovative techniques in context-aware processing, domain adaptation, and efficient inference

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We're seeking a scientific leader who combines theoretical expertise with implementation excellence:

• Publication history in leading NLP conferences/journals (ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, NeurIPS, ICML)
• 5+ years developing production NLP systems with measurable business impact
• Experience building scalable AI systems handling enterprise-grade document repositories
• Advanced programming in modern ML ecosystem (PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.)
• Demonstrated success delivering complex language understanding systems from concept to deployment
• Expertise in transformer architectures, knowledge retrieval systems, and domain specialization
• PhD in Computational Linguistics, NLP, Machine Learning, or related discipline
