You will design, build, deploy and scale production-grade AI solutions with strong security, reliability, governance, and responsible AI practices.

You will define technical standards, lead enterprise AI adoption, establish engineering best practices, and mentor teams at the intersection of AI innovation

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise AI systems.
• Strong background in scalable, production-grade AI solutions.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and drive governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver advanced AI systems integrating Generative AI, AI agents and enterprise platforms.
• Define technical standards, lead AI adoption and mentor engineering teams.
• Lead deployment of AI solutions into production with logging, reliability and monitoring.
• Design scalable data ingestion and modular, extensible architectures for evolving needs.
• Develop prompt templates, testing methods, evaluation frameworks and telemetry-based optimization.
• Oversee RAG pipelines, multi-stage retrieval, agent orchestration and multi-model integrations.
