Tata Consultancy Services in Bridgeton, MO is seeking an Enterprise AI Architect with Full Development Experience to lead architecture, development, and governance of large-scale AI systems. The role emphasizes security, observability, and modern software delivery practices.

The position requires hands-on engineering leadership across frontend, backend, data platforms, and cloud services, with a focus on AI-assisted development and platform engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and AI concepts.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and secure-by-design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions using modern architectural patterns and cloud-native technologies.
• Define enterprise AI reference architectures, engineering standards, and development frameworks to ensure scalability, security, and observability.
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI, AI-powered software engineering, and intelligent automation across the delivery lifecycle.
• Architect secure AI and software platforms aligned with OWASP standards and regulatory compliance.
• Design and implement AI engineering harnesses, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation.
• Establish integration of security controls (SAST, SCA, container scanning) and policy-as-code across lifecycles.
• Design and operate multi-agent development ecosystems to accelerate architecture and governance activities.
