Reflection AI Ltd. is seeking an Applications Lead to steer a team of full-stack engineers building dashboards, admin tools, and user-facing surfaces at the intersection of research and product.

You'll mentor, design scalable architectures, and contribute hands-on across UI, APIs, and services while aligning research, platform, and product to deliver reliable, maintainable systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and mentoring engineering teams.
• Deep full-stack engineering experience with ownership of prod-grade apps.
• Strong coding ability and credibility with technical teams.
• Comfort across UI to API to auth layers with depth in at least one area.
• Experience integrating with external systems or customer environments.
• Ability to guide strategy and execution in a fast-moving env.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team
• Provide front-line leadership of engineering efforts to build surfaces, dashboards, admin tools, and workflows
• Stay hands-on and contribute as an IC when needed
• Manage day-to-day execution in a fast-paced setting
• Guide technical and architectural decisions for scalable, robust, user-friendly systems
• Collaborate with research, platform, and product to translate needs into designs
• Raise the bar for judgment, prioritization, and execution
