Job summary

Energy Northwest seeks an Application Analyst to support the Information Technology group within the New Nuclear organization. The role acts as a technical expert for applications such as JIRA, Box.com, VISION, and Asset Suite, piloting software implementations and guiding vendor selections.

You will independently define system requirements, lead projects, document specifications, and manage the full lifecycle of business applications—from analysis through deployment and change management—while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.
• Eight years IT experience for Analyst IV; five for Analyst III; three for Analyst II; one for Analyst I; relevant experience may offset degree.
• High school diploma or GED may be required for lower levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful implementation and documentation of assigned applications.
• Act as primary contact for user issues and assist with testing and upgrades.
• Design, code, test, and debug applications of varying complexity.
• Coordinate upgrades and change management with stakeholders.
• Develop procedures and validation plans for applications.
