Zusammenfassung

NinjaOne seeks an experienced Application Security Architect to shape security across our software stack and systems. This highly technical role works with engineering, product, and platform teams to embed secure design principles from inception through deployment.

You will mentor teams, lead threat modeling, and drive scalable, compliant security solutions across 6,000+ customers. The position offers flexible remote work for candidates located in the USA, with optional hybrid offices in Austin,

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software security experience, incl. 2+ years in security architecture or offensive security
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or C++
• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, cryptography, and secure communications
• Experience with security frameworks such as OWASP, NIST, BSIMM, STRIDE, DREAD
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies (OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC)
• Knowledge of cloud security in AWS environments
• Experience with IaC and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of Linux and Windows security in enterprise environments
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Partner with engineering to review designs for security and architectural risks
• Lead threat modeling and secure design reviews with engineering teams
• Execute and improve AI-assisted workflows for product security
• Define and guide security initiatives from proof-of-concept to operation
• Develop clear reports for technical and executive audiences
• Document security architectures, policies, and best practices
• Mentor security team members and raise security maturity
• Foster Security Champions program to drive secure design practices
