Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in roles combining technical depth with customer or product engagement.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and platform engineering, including data centers, cloud, networking and compute.
• Ability to read/review code, write scripts or prototypes, work with APIs and data models, contribute to architecture.
• Proven ability to build trust with customers and communicate solutions clearly.
• Strong product instincts and prioritization based on customer value.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal customers to discover needs and advocate for IT inventory data.
• Help define and prioritize the product roadmap based on feedback and data usage.
• Collaborate with engineering in design reviews and architecture discussions.
• Own onboarding for new teams and users, including documentation and enablement sessions.
• Provide ongoing support and triage issues, collecting feedback for platform improvements.
• Communicate business value of the IT Inventory platform to leadership and stakeholders.
