• 5–10+ years in technical service or engineering.
• Experience in flexible packaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing demonstrations and line trials.
• Provide technical support and problem solving.
• Develop training programs and presentations.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Sales.
• Prepare technical reports and value quantification analyses.
