Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Extensive experience in QA principles, testing, defect management, and release readiness.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce QA standards and testing methodologies for enterprise apps.
• Lead test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation.
• Allocate QA and admin resources based on project priorities.
• Develop and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and automation effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across admin and QA processes.
• Provide leadership and performance oversight for the application administration team.
• Train and mentor team members; collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
