Mr. Appliance is seeking a Lead Appliance Repair Technician to mentor technicians, diagnose and repair home appliances, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes leading a repair team and ensuring clear, respectful communication with customers and the office.

You’ll work with a focus on teaching, training, and sharing skills, while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Four years or more in appliance repair is a plus.

Your Responsibilities as Lead Appliance Technician

As a Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are a key component in providing excellent customer service to our customers and our team of Appliance Repair Technicians.

Primary responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with the customer, and collecting payments.
• Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
• Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
• Effectively communicate with the office.

This role requires someone who truly enjoys teaching other technicians all of the skills listed above.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous experience of four years or more in appliance repair is a plus!

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $XX.00 to $XX.00 per hour, depending on your experience in appliance repair. You also will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
