Job summary

ICF Olson is seeking a Lead Appian Developer to support federal customers from a remote US location. The role emphasizes hands-on Appian BPM, plugin development, and integration, with certifications funded by ICF and ongoing training opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of Appian Tempo, Java, and WebSphere, plus strong communication skills for RFI/RFP work and prototypes in a government setting. Public Trust clearance is required, and citizenship is necessary.

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience with Appian BPM.
6+ years of experience developing Appian Plugin.
6+ years of experience with Application Servers like JBoss, WebLogic, IIS.
6+ years of experience in configuring, debugging, and systems integration.
6+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting.
6+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Support growth-related activities (RFI, RFP, prototypes, oral presentations) for federal contracts.
Maintain and uphold Appian certifications as required by practice expertise.
Contribute to architecture discussions and document technology implementations across multiple views.
