Job summary

Tech Mirrors is seeking an experienced Appian Architect to lead enterprise Appian initiatives in Omaha. The role requires hands-on Appian development, strong cloud integration skills, and the ability to mentor teams while establishing governance and coding standards.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years IT experience, Appian certifications, and recent AWS implementation work in data fabrics and API integrations. This is an onsite, long-term engagement in Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on Appian architecture experience and immediate contribution.
• 12+ years IT experience with Appian certifications and recent AWS work.
• Strong knowledge of Appian Data Fabric, integrations, and cloud-native architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in CS, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise Appian solutions.
• Drive Appian integration with Data Fabric, APIs, databases, and enterprise apps.
• Provide technical leadership for current and future platform enhancements.
• Design scalable, secure Appian apps following best practices.
• Collaborate with business, data, and tech teams to define roadmaps.
• Mentor teams and establish governance, coding standards, and guidelines.
