Job Description

This is a Sales and Customer Facing position, with no office requirement.

AT&T Global Public Sector provides secure, IP-enabled, cloud-based network solutions and professional services to public safety agencies at the state, county, local, and education levels. We are committed to recruiting, developing, and empowering a diverse, high-performing workforce dedicated to our customers’ mission.

As a Mission Critical Sales Consultant, you will drive sales for our Mission Critical Portfolio, including Mission Critical Push-to-Talk and Response for FirstNet Solutions. Your role will also include providing market feedback to product and sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets by engaging in activities such as customer meetings, solution demonstrations, and proposal generation.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Mission Critical solutions for sales teams and customers.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to ensure competitive and functional solutions.

Required Skills
  • Proven sales experience in Land Mobile Radio, Push-to-Talk, or Situational Awareness applications, preferably into the public sector.
  • Technical knowledge of these solutions with a focus on closing sales.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 4 years of radio system sales experience, supporting Land Mobile Radio or similar systems.
  • Public safety radio experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary ranges from $80,600 to $150,500 plus commissions, with total target compensation between $150,600 and $220,500. Starting salary depends on location, experience, and education.
