Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a skilled packaging specialist to automate software packaging and deployment across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms. You will lead a team, manage MSIX/Win32 packaging, and ensure MAM/Intune readiness for secure, scalable delivery.

You will collaborate with security, platform engineering, and app owners, maintain the app catalog, and drive migration readiness while mentoring junior staff and contributing to performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent relevant experience; Master’s Degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in relevant field
• US citizenship and background investigation due to government requirements

Responsibilities

• Automates the generation of executable software and installation into target environments
• Builds, tests, and deploys enterprise applications across Windows, iOS, and Android as part of the UEM Intune modernization effort
• Performs end to end application inventory, analysis, packaging, and validation using MSIX, Win32, Intune wrapping, and mobile app format
• Ensures applications are compliant with security policies, compatible with modern management tooling, and ready for deployment at scale through Intune and MAM configurations
• Troubleshoots packaging issues
• Coordinates with application owners
• Maintains a full application catalog
• Supports migration waves for a secure, stable, and predictable app deployment experience
• Mentors junior team members and contributes to annual appraisals
