Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks a Lead Technical Product Manager to drive APIs, integrations, and embedded applications that bring UpToDate intelligence into the broader healthcare ecosystem. You will own execution for a defined product area and partner with platform and engineering teams as the go‑to integration product expert.

You will shape roadmaps, ensure reliable production releases, and work with stakeholders across Legal, Security, Data, and IT to align product success with business growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership delivering complex software products.
• Experience translating partner needs into platform requirements.
• Strong API, cloud, and security fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of APIs enabling third‑party product integrations.
• Lead the delivery of applications embedding UpToDate Expert AI into clinical tools.
• Translate partner, product, and clinical workflow needs into clear product and platform requirements.
• Recommend and manage roadmap sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs for the product area.
• Serve as the portfolio’s integration product expert to guide other teams on integration approaches.
• Apply and improve API governance, lifecycle management, versioning, reliability, and developer experience.
• Define requirements for AI quality, safety, evaluation, monitoring, and readiness.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, Privacy, Legal and other stakeholders.
• Communicate priorities, decisions, dependencies, and risks to senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
