Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks a Lead Technical Product Manager to drive APIs, integrations, and embedded apps that bring UpToDate intelligence into the healthcare ecosystem. You will own execution for a defined product area, partnering with platform and engineering teams and serving as the go-to product expert for integrations.

You will lead day-to-day execution, define requirements, manage roadmaps, and deliver capabilities adopted by partners.

Qualifications

6+ years delivering complex software products from problem definition through launch.
Experience owning execution for a platform, API, or integration.
Strong API, distributed systems, authentication/authorization, reliability, SLAs/SLOs, and cloud architecture.
Experience building developer-facing integration capabilities (APIs/SDKs/documentation).
Experience using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub to manage backlogs and decisions.
Experience delivering products that integrate into enterprise/clinical workflows.
Experience shipping production AI-enabled capabilities and monitoring.
Strong product judgment in regulated/high-trust environments.
Ability to lead through influence across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own execution and outcomes for defined API, integration, embedded apps, and AI capabilities.
Lead the delivery of APIs enabling third-party product integration.
Lead embedding UpToDate Expert AI into clinical tools like EHRs.
Translate partner/product/clinical workflow needs into clear requirements.
Recommend and manage roadmap sequencing, dependencies, tradeoffs.
Serve as the portfolio's integration product expert across teams.
Apply and improve API governance, lifecycle, versioning, reliability, developer UX.
Define requirements for AI quality, safety, monitoring, and readiness.
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, Privacy, Legal, and others.
Communicate priorities, decisions, dependencies, risks to leaders and teams.
Identify recurring needs and build reusable capabilities and self-service templates.
Own discovery, readiness, sandbox onboarding, testing, launch, monitoring, upgrades, deprecation.
