Job summary

Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Paddock at Park Row apartment community in Arlington, TX. This is a tax credit property with 350 units.

The Lead will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents. The position requires three to four years of related experience, knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical, and EPA or HVAC certification.

Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Paddock at Park Row apartment community in Arlington, TX. This is a tax credit property with 350 units. This position will pay up to $33.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
