Job summary

Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at the Riatta Ranch apartment community in Abilene, TX. This tax credit property with 128 units pays up to $25.00 an hour, depending on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

You will diagnose, perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to residents while working at a busy community.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience
• Three to four years of related experience or training
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Ability to work independently
• EPA or HVAC certification is required
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule

Responsibilities
