Seldin Company is seeking a Roving Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician in Colorado. This role requires travel across multiple apartment communities and offers up to $30.00/hour depending on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain properties while delivering excellent resident service. Qualifications include 3–4 years of related experience, ability to work independently, and EPA/HVAC certification.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of related experience or training.
• EPA or HVAC certification is required.
• Be available to travel up to 100% of the time.
• Ability to work independently.
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead apartment maintenance technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to residents.
