Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Abilene North & South apartment communities in Abilene, TX. This is a conventional property group with 158 units. This position will pay up to $17.50 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
