CLK Multifamily Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across two apartment communities in Jonesboro, Arkansas. You will diagnose and repair issues while coordinating the team and managing work orders to keep properties running smoothly.

The role combines field work with leadership, including preventative maintenance, vendor management, and ensuring move-in timelines. Requires HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have HVAC certification; universal preferred.
• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using tablets for work orders and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations.
• Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Manage unit turnovers and meet move-in timelines.
• Track work orders, inspections, and maintenance logs.
