Qualifications

• Minimum two years of university-level teaching in a full‑time role.
• Prior management experience in higher education or related organization.
• Ability to interpret accreditation criteria and regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support program operations as part of faculty.
• Develop PAC and engage stakeholders for program advisory input.
• Lead and manage regular and adjunct faculty.
• Administer the Anesthesiologist Assistant program including curriculum.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and licensure requirements.
• Collaborate with campus leaders on scheduling and enrollment.
• Oversee program finances and enrollment growth.
