Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC, doing business as Prime Video, seeks a senior engineering leader to guide the Android app UX and platform for millions of customers worldwide.

You will lead a team of Software Engineers, own the roadmap and strategy for Prime Video on Android, and mentor others while collaborating with product, design and engineering partners to deliver fast, reliable experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management
• 7+ years working directly within engineering teams
• 3+ years designing or architecting scalable systems
• 8+ years leading multi-tier web services development
• Experience partnering with product or program management

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Software Engineers for the Prime Video Android app
• Own roadmap, vision and strategy to enable responsive, delightful experiences
• Coach the team in design, development, testing and operations
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers and TPMs to launch features
