Job summary

Global C2 Integration Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Analytics Services Lead to own design, delivery, and operations of analytics services for a large-scale mission platform. You will lead a portfolio of Java-based microservices and analytics infrastructure centered on Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Grafana, and Vue.js 3 interfaces.

The role requires 10+ years in software/analytics, proven leadership, hands-on production experience with the ELK stack and Java

Qualifications

10+ years in software/analytics platform roles; leadership of major technical area or team.
Strong production experience building analytics or search services.
Hands-on with Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Grafana and Java microservices.
Own analytics domain from architecture through operations.
Strong troubleshooting across ingestion, indexing, query, UI, and platform layers.

Responsibilities

Own the analytics services portfolio, including user-facing analytics and dashboards.
Lead design and delivery of Java-based microservices for analytics and reporting.
Define indexing, sharding, retention, and data models for distributed workloads.
Ensure health, scalability, and observability of analytics microservices.
Guide dashboards and role-based analytics views for reporting.
