Job summary

You will oversee data components, collaborate with product and platform teams, and ensure delivery pace while balancing innovation with control.

The role emphasizes embedding AI into analytics workflows, maintaining InfoSec standards, and guiding teams toward scalable, trusted data products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Data and Scoring Engineering, data management and data strategy with leadership exposure.
• Strong background in analytics engineering / data engineering (SQL, data modelling, modern data platforms).
• Experience applying AI/LLMs in production use cases, not just experiments.
• Solid understanding of data governance, InfoSec, and regulatory considerations (PII, model risk, access control).
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Delivery: Lead analytics engineers, remove blockers, drive delivery.
• AI Adoption in Analytics: Prioritize high-impact AI use cases and embed AI into pipelines.
• InfoSec & Governance: Enforce safe AI usage, align with privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Data Quality & Control: Establish validation frameworks and maintain data governance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Align priorities with product, business, and platform teams.
