Booksy is seeking a Data Analytics Lead to be the primary guardian of our Looker architecture. You will lead a team of Analytics Engineers to transform raw data into actionable insights and to build a scalable Looker semantic layer, while driving robust CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and GTM Ops to turn complex business needs into data models and automated workflows using Python and Looker APIs.

Formación

• 2+ years leading or mentoring data/analytics engineers in an agile environment.
• Expertise in building enterprise semantic layers in Looker (LookML, Liquid, administration).
• Engineering-first mindset with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Kimball/Data Vault data modeling.
• Python scripting to integrate with APIs, automate workflows, or enable automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Analytics Engineers to transform raw data into actionable insights via Looker semantic layer.
• Shape data ecosystem; mentor team; manage sprint priorities; drive high-performance culture; guard Looker architecture and CI/CD in GitLab.
