Job summary

DualEntry seeks a Lead Analytics & Data Engineer in New York City to own data infrastructure and insights across product, engineering, GTM and marketing. You will push for excellence with full ownership across teams, delivering scalable data processes and actionable dashboards.

The role requires 5+ years in data science/engineering, hands-on with modern data tools, and a strong Python/SQL background to ship impactful data-led improvements in a fast-growing ERP startup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist or data-focused engineer.
• Experience building data models, pipelines and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of modern data stack and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build data infrastructure and insights across product, engineering, GTM and marketing.
• Own data processes, tools and analytics systems from ground up.
• Develop prioritized product roadmaps and measure success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into action.
• Establish scalable data practices and governance.
• Lead an analytics function with rapid iteration and high ownership.
• Drive experimentation and best practices in data science engineering.
