Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 5+ years laboratory experience with instrumentation (LC/GC/ICP).
• Experience in high-throughput analytical labs.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO quality systems, and lab operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of laboratory staff to ensure accurate, efficient testing.
• Manage workflows, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet turnaround targets.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements for accuracy and throughput.
• Support QA/QC programs and laboratory procedures.
• Provide technical guidance for analytical chemistry testing.
• Collaborate with teams to meet client reporting and turnaround requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff and participate in recruitment and training.
