Qualifications

Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or related field with 5+ years in drug discovery.
Expert in small molecule purification (HPLC/SFC) and analytical method development.
Experience managing CROs and cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee analytical chemistry efforts across IDEAYA discovery portfolio.
Lead purification, structure elucidation, solubility, logD, pKa, and stability studies.
Manage junior analysts and ensure robust, compliant methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytical strategy.
Hire and mentor analysts as needed.
Oversee equipment installation/maintenance and CRO oversight.
