Job summary

Amneal is seeking a Senior Scientist in Analytical Chemistry to support development, validation/verification, and method transfer for QC laboratories. Responsibilities include method development, validation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of analytical methods for APIs and excipients.

The role covers release testing, stability studies, and reporting in accordance with cGMPs and SOPs, with opportunities to lead projects and mentor analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related pharmaceutical science.
• Master’s degree preferred in chemistry or related field.
• 5+ years pharma experience with a Bachelors, or 4+ years with a Masters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate analytical methods (LC/GC) for APIs and excipients.
• Perform analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished products per SOPs.
• Calibrate and operate HPLC, dissolution, UV, KF, FTIR, TLC, MS instruments.
