Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager, Analytical AI Forecasting and Predictive Solutions in Princeton, NJ. You will develop advanced forecasting models, collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Market Access, and Analytics teams, and translate business questions into analytical solutions.

You will lead hands-on delivery, ensure model validity, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while advancing forecasting methodologies across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field; MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Tableau; experience with Git and cloud environments (AWS, Azure) preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain analyses to diverse audiences.
• 2–3 years of hands-on analytics and data science experience; pharma forecasting experience preferred.
• Experience leading complex, multi-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasting models using statistical, machine learning, and AI techniques.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Market Access, and Analytics teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Monitor model performance and drive improvements in forecast accuracy and reliability.
• Communicate forecasting results, assumptions, and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to Analytical AI community and share best practices.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and change adoption across teams.
