Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year in NDT or related analytical testing with specified instruments (INFICON UL3000, MEECO Tracer 2+, Servomex DF-550E, Particle Measuring Systems HPGP 101-C).
  • Experience in a semiconductor or controlled production environment.
  • OSHA 30 certification; OSHA 500 may be required on advancement.
  • First Aid certification (Red Cross or equivalent).
  • Attend and complete QAQC and HR/management trainings as required by EPC.
  • Participate in daily jobsite cleanup and 6S workplace organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform NDT and analytical testing procedures, including pressure testing, helium leak detection, moisture/oxygen analysis, and particle contamination testing.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of each test method and perform procedures safely and efficiently.
  • Operate analytical testing equipment with minimal supervision and document results accurately.
  • Track daily test results and review final reports for accuracy.
  • Lead testing crew assignments and coordinate daily field operations.

About t he Role

EPC is looking for QAQC Lead Analysts I. This is EPC’s entry-level Lead position, designed to further develop leadership, advanced testing, and troubleshooting skills. Employees in this role will serve in a supervisory capacity and may be assigned one or more QAQC Analysts to train, mentor, and support in their professional development.

Lead Analysts are expected to demonstrate strong technical competency, accountability, and leadership while supporting safe and efficient field operations. In addition, Lead Analysts are required to attend Human Resources and management training as deemed necessary by EPC Human Resources and Executive Management.

Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) or related analytical testing including:
    • INFICON UL3000
    • MEECO Tracer 2+
    • Servomex DF-550E
    • Particle Measuring Systems HPGP 101-C
  • Experience working in a semiconductor or similar controlled production environment.
  • OSHA 30 certification. OSHA 500 certification may be required following advancement.
  • Current First Aid certification through the American Red Cross or an equivalent recognized provider.
  • Attend and successfully complete all required QAQC training sessions.
  • Attend and complete all Human Resources and management training mandated by EPC.
  • Participate in daily jobsite cleanup and support 6S workplace organization standards.
  • Immediately report all safety incidents, near misses, violations, and unsafe conditions to the appropriate Safety personnel or supervisor.
  • Follow all emergency response procedures, site safety requirements, and EPC safety protocols.
  • Successfully complete all required safety training, including cleanroom, PPE, and hazardous-material handling requirements.
  • Attend daily morning muster and toolbox talks on time and fully prepared with all required PPE.
  • Comply with all client-specific safety, conduct, security, and confidentiality policies, including applicable zero-tolerance requirements.
  • Learn and adhere to cleanroom protocols, including proper gowning, decontamination, and PPE procedures when working around chemicals, industrial gases, electrical hazards, high voltage, moving mechanical equipment, and other hazardous conditions.
  • Be willing and available to work overtime and accommodate schedule changes as required by project needs.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability and aptitude to train and mentor junior team members while promoting proper testing techniques, safe work practices, and professional work habits.
  • Strong leadership skills with the willingness and ability to supervise and manage a team.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot common testing issues and accurately complete required test documentation.
  • Ability to read and understand Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs).
  • Proficiency in independently performing standard analytical test methods, including helium leak detection, moisture analysis, oxygen analysis, and particle testing.
  • Advanced knowledge of testing procedures, including system tie-ins, purging procedures, and contamination-control methods.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot testing equipment and processes with minimal input from senior personnel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
Technical Responsibilities
  • Perform NDT and analytical testing procedures, including:
    • Pressure testing
    • Helium leak detection
    • Moisture and oxygen analysis
    • Particle contamination testing
    • System purging procedures
  • Maintain an advanced working knowledge of each assigned test method and understand how each procedure is performed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating conventional analytical testing equipment with minimal or no supervision.
  • Maintain a working understanding of site layouts, work zones, systems, and active project areas.
  • Complete assigned tasks within established timeframes while maintaining a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Accurately complete all required testing documentation and reports.
  • Track and provide daily testing results to the Administrative Assistant and review final test reports for accuracy.
Leadership & Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Manage testing crew assignments and coordinate daily field operations.
  • Train and mentor junior QAQC Analysts while promoting proper testing techniques, safety practices, and professional development.
  • Demonstrate effective supervisory, personnel-management, and communication skills.
  • Maintain accountability for assigned personnel and team performance.
  • Take ownership of team quality, safety, productivity, and testing performance.
  • Oversee tool readiness and identify equipment, material, and resource needs.
  • Assist the Safety Department with daily permitting activities as required.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, manpower, and resource coordination.
  • Proactively identify and resolve field challenges and promptly elevate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
  • Report incidents, violations, equipment concerns, and resource needs to the appropriate supervisor.Conduct weekly inventory of client-owned equipment.
  • Work with the Project Manager to identify and coordinate weekly material and parts requirements.
  • Attend client meetings as required.
  • Support QAQC Lead Analysts, Supervisors, Project Managers, and Managers as directed.
  • Maintain an understanding of EPC’s management structure, reporting procedures, and escalation protocols.
  • Demonstrate initiative and maintain a positive, professional, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Promote EPC’s values and represent the company professionally both on and off site.
