Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Lead Analyst Digital Accelerator to drive prioritization, reporting, and automation initiatives within Investment Services. You will coordinate with department managers and fellow Accelerators to align priorities, track progress, and deliver continuous process improvements.

Applicants should have a software development background, advanced Excel skills, and 6+ years in securities operations or accounting within financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Six+ years of securities operations or accounting experience in the investment administration area of a financial firm.
• If no specialized degree, an additional four years of directly related experience is required.
• Software development background and advanced Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage monthly meetings with department managers and other accelerators to align priorities.
• Maintain an evolving project list and track priority and accomplishments.
• Report quarterly on automation roadmap, status, and accomplishments.
• Recommend system enhancements to meet department goals.
• Develop and document Alteryx processes and ensure ongoing documentation.
