Job summary

Empower is seeking a Lead Analyst Digital Accelerator to drive prioritization for Investment/Investment Services. You will coordinate with Investment Digital Accelerators, mentor the team, and push for continuous process improvements using Alteryx, robotics, and other tools.

You will manage project prioritization, document standards, and report progress to senior leaders. A strong software development background and Advanced Excel skills are essential to drive automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Finance/Accounting.
• 6+ years in securities operations or accounting in investment administration.
• If no specialized degree, 4+ years of related experience.
• Software development background required.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Detail oriented and self-starter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly meetings with department managers and other accelerators to align priorities.
• Maintain evolving project list and track priority and accomplishments.
• Report quarterly on automation roadmap, status and accomplishments.
• Recommend system enhancements to meet department goals.
• Propose best-practice process automation solutions to managers.
• Use PM tools to communicate project plans and status updates.
• Coordinate team meetings across the company to share ideas.
• Mentor team members to grow experience and efficiency.
• Identify training needs and arrange when necessary.
• Assess cross-functional collaboration opportunities.
