Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in New Jersey is seeking a Lead Analyst, Data Product & Marketplace Lifecycle to own data product governance within the Alation Marketplace and drive lifecycle readiness and access workflows.

You will translate downstream data needs into actionable requirements with data scientists, clinical teams, and business units, and define cross-domain rules to align Gold-layer models with consumer specs. This onsite role includes travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, MIS or related field.
• Proven track record in business systems analysis, functional product management, or technical business analysis within a regulated framework.
• Sophisticated proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Operational experience with data catalog marketplaces (Alation Data Marketplace).
• Ability to bridge development teams and business consumers.

• Deconstruct downstream data consumption needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in partnership with data scientists, business units, and clinical application teams.
• Define business rules for cross-domain data aggregations and calculated metrics, ensuring Gold-layer models match consumer specifications.

• Proven track record in business systems analysis, functional product management, or technical business analysis within a regulated framework.

• Ability to bridge highly development teams and business consumers.

Other Requirements:

• Up to 10% domestic/international travel as needed.
• Fully onsite attendance.

Base pay range: $94,000.00–$133,518.00
