Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a finance or accounting capacity.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics tools (Alteryx, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
• 3–5 years’ experience with SAP, BPC preferred.
• Business Administration or Accounting degree required; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Avangrid consolidated annual budget and quarterly forecasts with analyses for management and shareholders.
• Provide monthly analysis vs. budget, forecast and prior year with explanations of variances.
• Budgeting and planning for Corporate segment, finance income/cost, depreciation, income tax and personnel cost.
• Manage the group’s financial reporting tools; ensure data integrity in reporting systems (BPC, SAP).
• Optimize and automate reports and internal processes within the team.
• Support management with ad-hoc information requests and analysis.
