Job Description
Job Summary

The Lead Analyst, Advanced Provider Data Management, is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to optimize performance. This role requires leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor other analysts. Acting as a liaison between business units and IT, the Lead Analyst ensures technical solutions align with business goals.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Lead and support team members through training, feedback, and skill development to ensure accurate data analysis and delivery.
  • Establish and communicate departmental best practices.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into business and functional specifications.
  • Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, communicate insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and drive adoption among stakeholders.
  • Manage cross-functional projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for effective collaboration.
  • Develop and present performance metrics and insights to organizational stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Required Experience:
  • 7+ years in business analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and SQL
  • Experience training and supporting team members
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.

Preferred Experience: Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.

Pay Range: $77,969 - $171,058 annually. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, education, and skills.
