Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Lead Analyst of Identity Analytics in Wakefield, MA to drive KPI reporting, partner evaluations, and ecosystem impact forecasts for COREID. You will work cross-functionally with Decision Science Identity, Product, Engineering, and Data Partnerships to turn data into business insights and shape COREid enhancements and strategy.

We value curiosity, ability to manage multiple analyses, and fluency with SQL and data visualization tools as you build scenarios and present findings

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results.
  • Ability to manage multiple analyses and projects independently.
  • Curiosity and willingness to self-teach.
  • Interested in applying analysis to make business decisions.
  • Understanding of MarTech and AdTech industries preferred.

Overview

Epsilon’s award-winning COREID identity solution is the foundation of Epsilon’s industry-leading performance marketing solutions. As a Lead Analyst of Identity Analytics, you’ll be joining a small team with big impact. Your role will include reporting on KPIs for Epsilon’s identity, evaluating potential partners, and forecasting impact of ecosystem changes and new features. You will work cross-functionally with teams like Decision Science Identity, Product, Engineering, and Data Partnerships. Identity Analytics provides the analysis that ties Identity to business impact.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Profile
    • Degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or related discipline
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics
    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results
    • Ability to manage multiple analyses and projects simultaneously and independently
    • Curiosity and willingness to self-teach
    • Interested in applying analysis to make business decisions
    • Understanding of MarTech and AdTech industries preferred
  • Analytical
    • Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to non-analytical collaborators
    • Ability to extract insights from data sets and apply to business problems/decisions
    • Experience exploring and presenting data via enterprise data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
    • Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Technical
    • Advanced experience with SQL
    • Demonstrated big data experience
      • Spark, Hive, Scala preferred
    • Familiarity with other data tools such as Python or R preferred

Compensation Range: USD $87,100.00 - USD $161,700.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
