Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Lead Analyst of Identity Analytics to join a small team with a big impact. You’ll report on KPIs for identity, evaluate potential partners, and forecast the impact of ecosystem changes and new features.

You will work cross‑functionally with Decision Science Identity, Product, Engineering, and Data Partnerships. Responsibilities include owning analytical processes, exploring concepts, becoming COREID expert, and developing scenario analyses to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally to achieve results
• Ability to manage multiple analyses and projects simultaneously and independently
• Curiosity and willingness to self‑teach
• Interested in applying analysis to make business decisions
• Understanding of MarTech and AdTech industries preferred
• Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to non‑analytical collaborators
• Experience exploring and presenting data via enterprise data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

• Perform exploratory analyses and proof of concepts for methods under exploration
• Become a subject matter expert in COREID
• Develop scenario analyses to meet business objectives based on various identity strategies
• Contribute insights and planning for further enhancements to CORE ID
• Work collaboratively and cross‑functionally to develop analytical approaches to business questions

  • Sound critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Technical
  • Advanced experience with SQL
  • Demonstrated big data experience
    • Spark, Hive, Scala preferred
  • Familiarity with other data tools such as Python or R preferred

Compensation Range: USD $87,100.00 - USD $161,700.00 Annually. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
