You will drive end-to-end silicon execution, coordinating with analog, digital, and system teams to deliver high-performance, power-efficient memories. You will mentor teams, define floorplanning and layout-aware techniques, and perform extensive simulations, PVT analyses, and cross-domain validation to ensure

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10-15+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Expertise in high-speed interface design and clocking circuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and ownership of HBM analog circuits (transmitters/receivers).
• Define IP interfaces, power domains, clocks, and reset strategies.
• Perform pre/post layout simulations and PVT/Monte Carlo analyses.
• Collaborate with layout to ensure floorplanning, matching, and EM/IR compliance.
• Sign off on analog layouts and drive layout-aware optimizations.
