Job summary

AML RightSource is seeking an experienced AML/KYC leader to manage 25+ analysts, drive performance, and enhance client delivery in a hybrid U.S. role. You will coach teams, optimize processes, and collaborate across functions to meet regulatory expectations.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in AML/KYC, plus 2+ years of people management and a CAMS/advanced credential. This role offers remote or hybrid work with potential on-site meetings and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of progressive AML, KYC, or financial crime compliance experience including team leadership.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience within compliance, risk, investigations, or financial crime operations.
• Experience leading and driving operational performance, quality metrics, and service delivery.
• Proven project leadership experience with cross-functional coordination and execution management.
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence across teams.
• Hybrid work environment support from Highland Hills, OH or Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 25+ AML/KYC analysts; drive high performance and quality.
• Identify high-potential talent and prepare analysts for progression to senior roles.
• Implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency and compliance quality.
• Serve as primary delivery partner for key clients, presenting insights and outcomes.
• Support client KPIs/KRIs and ensure adherence to Statements of Work and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee workflows, quality control, metrics, and SLA achievement.
• Partner with stakeholders to deepen subject matter expertise across AML, KYC, and financial crime.
