Job summary

ARC Risk and Compliance is seeking an AML Data Analyst to join our team and support testing, validation, and reporting across AML surveillance platforms.

Based in Pennington with occasional NYC onsite work, you will lead a small team on projects and analyze transaction monitoring data using SQL and Python.

The role emphasizes delivering accurate risk assessments while collaborating with IT, compliance, and regulators in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of database experience including SQL jobs and stored procedures.
• 2+ years of Python language experience.
• Programming experience with C#, C++, or VB.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AML Transaction Monitoring Systems using SQL and reporting.
• Create reports to visualize system states and potential defects.
• Test systems via Unit, UAT, and comparison testing where applicable.
• Lead a team on projects while contributing as an individual on others.
• Communicate complex concepts to client IT/compliance, internal teams and regulators.
• Adapt quickly to new GUI and database systems.
